Is it free? Yes, it is free, you don't need to pay anything to use it. If you want I would appreciate mention the site so people can find it.
Which Excel versions does it supports? Well, in theory it should work with Excel XP, Excel 2003, Excel 2007 and Excel 2010, however the only versions I tested my code was Excel 2003, 2007 and 2010.
Does it supports charts: No, Unfortunately XML Spreadsheets in Excel does not support generating charts, which means you cannot generate them using this library.
If I use it in ASP.NET, does it require Excel installed in the server?: No, you don't need any version of Excel installed in the server, since it generates only XML.

PS. I havent added all possible formatting options to maintain a simplified OM, but if you find I am missing one important, please let me know.
